Message from the President

  This is Kohei Okuma, the President of Bears Music Sound Create Associates.

  Bears Music was established in 2015 because I, who has played various music, want to arrange by myself. Since its establishment, it has arranged a wide variety of tunes. The number is self-explanatory on the [Products List] page. In addition, I am also engaged in composition activities in parallel with the arrangement. I take in ideas from the music I've listened to and the sheet music I've played to make the tunes richer.

Compliance Policy

1. Compliance with Laws and Ethical Standards

  • Bears Music Sound Create Associates (BMSCA) pledges to strictly adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights, personal information protection, labor laws, etc.).

  • All members and associates of the organization are expected to uphold fair and ethical behavior.

  • Prohibited actions include bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, fraudulent transactions, and misuse of internal information.

3. Data Protection and Confidential Information

  • Establish policies (privacy policy) to ensure the appropriate handling of confidential and personal information.

  • Implement measures to prevent information leaks, unauthorized access, and maintain data security.

4. Internal Controls and Reporting Structure

  • Develop an internal control system to detect and report irregularities or violations at an early stage.

  • Ensure that procedures for reporting irregularities or violations are well-known among members of the organization.

5. Education

  • Conduct regular compliance education for all members of the organization to enhance understanding of regulations and policies.

6. Sanctions and Improvement

  • Set appropriate sanctions for compliance violations and establish transparent procedures regarding them.

  • Measure the effectiveness of policies and implement improvements accordingly.

7. Responsibility of the CEO

  • The CEO bears responsibility for promoting the compliance policy and setting an example.

  • The CEO is responsible for providing appropriate support to members and fostering a culture of compliance.

H23/2011 Pres. joined to one of Marching Bands.

H27/2015 Bears Music was established. Started composing and arranging activities.

R1 / 2019 Stopped composing and arranging activities.

R2  /2020 Restarted composing and arranging activities.

                 Pres. joined to one of Drum Corps and continued playing.

R4 / 2022 Pres. became RD and CEO.

R5 / 2023 The organization name was changed to Bears Music Sound Create Associates.

                 Bears Music Arrangement and Bears Music Composition was established.

R6 / 2024 Ended sales business (end of March).

                 Changed the title of "President" from RD/CEO.

                 Will start taking photos business and establish Bears Music Photograph.

                 BMC / BMA business suspended, and restarted.

R7 / 2025 Temporary resumption of sales business.

Measures Against Anti-Social Forces

1. Refusal of Any Relationship with Anti-Social Forces

  • BMSCA declares a firm refusal of any relationship with anti-social forces and commits to non-engagement with them.

  • Require members of the organization not to have transactions, alliances, support, or relationships with antisocial forces.

2. Monitoring Relations with Anti-Social Forces

  • BMSCA encourages its members and associates to avoid contact or involvement with anti-social forces and establishes mechanisms to monitor and address any demands or threats from them.

  • Present measures to deal with demands and threats from antisocial forces, and establish a reporting system for such measures.

3. Assessment and Selection of Business Partners

  • BMSCA rigorously evaluates business partners to ensure no involvement with anti-social forces, clearly stipulating the exclusion of relationships with anti-social forces in contracts.

4. Education

  • Provide education programs for members to raise awareness that involvement with anti-social forces contradicts the organization's values and legal compliance.

  • Provide specific guidelines for avoiding contact with antisocial forces.

5. Risk Management and Reporting System

  • Establish systems and reporting mechanisms to identify relationships with anti-social forces and evaluate associated risks.

  • Provide means for members to anonymously report involvement with anti-social forces.

  • Bears Music Sound Create Associates collects personal information (such as name, address, organization name, email address, telephone number, etc.).

2. Purpose of Collection

  • BMSCA collects personal information of inquirers and contract parties to carry out contract procedures.
