「代表取締役最高経営責任者」職名変更につきまして

　残暑の候、皆様におかれましてはますますご健勝のこととお慶び申し上げます。日頃より本事務所へのご理解、ご協力感謝申し上げます。

　さて、この度は「代表取締役最高経営責任者」の職名変更につきましてご報告いたします。令和4年4月1日より現在の職名でございましたが、法務局による監査の結果、現在の体制（会社ではなく組織としての存在）において「代表取締役」を設置することは不可能であることが判明いたしました。したがって、9月1日以降代表を以下の職名にて記すことといたします。

令和6年9月1日～：代表（President of the Associates, President）

Notice of Change of Title of "Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer"

In the lingering summer heat, we hope that you are all doing well. Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation with our office.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of a change in the title of “Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer.” Although the current position has been held since April 1, 2022, an audit by the Legal Bureau has revealed that it is not possible to establish a “Representative Director” under the current structure (an organization, not a company). Therefore, we have decided to name the representative director as of September 1 under the following title.

April 1, 2022 – August 31, 2024: Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer (RD/CEO)

September 1, 2024 –: President of the Associates (President)
