Bears Music -Music Arrangement & Composition- 組織名及び運営体制変更のご報告

　秋涼の候、皆様におかれましてはますますご健勝のこととお慶び申し上げます。日頃より当組織へのご理解を賜り誠にありがとうございます。

　この度、我々の組織名である"Bears Music -Music Arrangement & Composition-"を変更することといたしました。

　経緯をご説明いたします。我々の活動は、「思いを音にする」ことに原点があります。ここに立ち返り、これを追究した結果、現在の組織名は我々の意図を意味していないのではないか、という結論にいたりました。

　以下に新組織名、そして新たに公表するMission Statementを掲載いたします。

新組織名：Bears Music Sound Create Associates

Mission Statement：We create sounds with feelings

　さらに、新たに関連組織を2つ設立し、各事業の管轄とします。これは、各事業を明確に区別し、事業の進行が互いに影響することを避けるためです。詳細は以下のとおりです。

組織1：Bears Music Arrangement（代表：大熊 孝平）

編曲を行う

組織2：Bears Music Composition（代表：大熊 孝平）

作曲を行う

　本日10月2日よりこの名称及び体制で運営してまいります。何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

In this cool autumn weather, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best of health. Thank you very much for your continued understanding of our organization.

　We have decided to change the name of our organization, "Bears Music -Music Arrangement & Composition-".

We would like to explain how we came about this change. Our activities have their origins in "making our thoughts into sound". After returning to this point and pursuing this, we have come to the conclusion that the current name of the organization does not represent what we intend to do.

Below is our new organization name and our new mission statement.

New Organization Name: Bears Music Sound Create Associates

Mission Statement: We create sounds with feelings

In addition, two new affiliated organizations will be established, each under the jurisdiction of a different business. This is to clearly distinguish the different businesses and to avoid the progress of the businesses from influencing each other. Details are as follows.

Organization 1: Bears Music Arrangement (Representative: Kohei Okuma)
