ウクライナ・アメリカ合衆国首脳会談における協議決裂を受けての声明

　2025年3月1日、ホワイトハウスにてウォロディミル・オレクサンドロヴィチ・ゼレンスキー・ウクライナ大統領とドナルド・ジョン・トランプ米国大統領、ジェイムズ・デイヴィッド・ヴァンス米国副大統領、およびマルコ・ルビオ国務長官との間でロシア連邦のウクライナ侵略についての協議が行われた。しかしながら、この協議は決裂し、両大統領による共同会見も実施されなかった。この結果と過程を鑑み、Bears Musicは以下の声明を発出する。

【声明】

1. Bears Musicは、ウクライナおよびアメリカ合衆国の平和を希求する姿勢を評価する。

2. Bears Musicは、このような協議の場において、両国代表者が感情的になってしまったことを評価しない。協議は冷静に、互いを尊重しつつ行うべきである。

3. Bears Musicは、ヴァンス副大統領の、バイデン前政権のウクライナ支援を批判し、ゼレンスキー大統領およびウクライナ国民を侮辱した発言や姿勢を強く非難する。

4. Bears Musicは、今回の協議決裂の原因は主にヴァンス副大統領にあると認識している。まず、本協議において、ウクライナ側はゼレンスキー大統領1人であったのに対し、米国側は大統領と副大統領および国務長官の3人が出席しているという事実に疑問を感じざるをえない。出席者設定の時点で、対等な立場で公平な協議が行われる環境づくりはなされなかったと考えられる。我々は、ヴァンス副大統領およびルビオ国務長官が、今後協議の場に参加しないことを、トランプ大統領に強く求める。

5. Bears Musicは、トランプ大統領およびヴァンス副大統領の、事実に基づかない発言を強く非難する。ゼレンスキー大統領はこれまで米国に対し、度重なる感謝を表明している。

6. Bears Musicは、この度の米国側の対応を受けて、もはや米国は自由民主主義陣営にいるとは言いがたい、という認識を持った。これ以降世界は、米国が「自国のことしか考えない」という意味での「アメリカ・ファースト」を展開すること、社会共産主義陣営に肩を入れていることを認識しなければならず、これについてあらゆる対策を講じなければならない。また、米国は長きにわたって培ってきた国際的信用を本協議によって大きく損ねたことを自覚すべきである。

7. Bears Musicは、米国が今後もこのような態度を示し、ウクライナを支援せずロシア連邦に有利な条件で停戦をさせようとするのであれば、米国に対し制裁を科す可能性がある。

8. Bears Musicは、この結果を受けたヨーロッパをはじめとする自由民主主義諸国の結束を高く評価する。今後、一段と強力なウクライナ支援を期待する。

9. Bears Musicは、ゼレンスキー大統領の断固とした姿勢を高く評価する。米国側の不適切な発言を受容せず自国を守る姿勢に徹する姿は、自由民主主義陣営のリーダーとして最も適切な姿である。我々は今後もウクライナを力の限り支援し、ロシア連邦に対し制裁を強化していく。

Statement on the Breakdown of Talks at the Summit Meeting between Ukraine and the United States of America

On March 1, 2025, at the White House, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy, U.S. President Donald John Trump, U.S. Vice President James David Vance, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio held talks on the Russian Federation's invasion of Ukraine.

However, these talks broke down and no joint press conference was held by the two Presidents. In light of this outcome and process, Bears Music issues the following statement.

[Statement]

1. Bears Music appreciates the peace-seeking stance of Ukraine and the United States of America.

2. Bears Music does not appreciate the emotional outbursts of the representatives of the two countries during these talks. Talks should be conducted calmly and with mutual respect.

3. Bears Music strongly condemns Vice President Vance's comments and attitude that criticized the former Biden administration's support for Ukraine and insulted President Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people.

4. Bears Music recognizes that the breakdown in these talks is primarily due to Vice President Vance. First of all, we have to question the fact that the Ukrainian side was represented by only one person, President Zelenskyy, while the U.S. side was represented by the President, Vice President, and Secretary of State. We believe that, at the time the attendees were set, no attempt was made to create an environment in which fair consultations could take place on equal footing. We urge President Trump to ensure that Vice President Vance and Secretary of State Rubio do not participate in any further discussions.

5. Bears Music strongly condemns the factually incorrect statements of President Trump and Vice President Vance. President Zelenskyy has repeatedly expressed his gratitude to the United States.

6. Bears Music recognizes that the U.S. is no longer in the liberal-democratic camp after the recent response from the U.S. From now on, the world must recognize that the U.S. is developing an “America First” policy in the sense of “thinking only of itself” and that it is aligned with the social-communist camp, and must take all possible measures in this regard. The U.S. must also realize that the international credibility it has built up over a long period of time has been severely damaged by this meeting.

7. Bears Music may impose sanctions against the U.S. if the U.S. continues in this manner and attempts to force a ceasefire on terms favorable to the Russian Federation without supporting Ukraine.

8. Bears Music appreciates the solidarity of Europe and other liberal democracies in response to this outcome. We look forward to stronger support for Ukraine in the future.

9. Bears Music highly appreciates President Zelenskyy's decisive stance. His refusal to accept inappropriate comments from the U.S. side and his commitment to defending his country is the most appropriate form of leadership for the liberal democratic camp. We will continue to support Ukraine to the fullest extent of our ability and strengthen sanctions against the Russian Federation.
