【声明】ベネズエラ情勢をうけて

　2026年1月3日、アメリカ合衆国軍はベネズエラ・ボリバル共和国の数地点を攻撃し、自称「大統領」ニコラス・マドゥロとその妻を拘束、米国へ送致した。現在、米国内において二者の裁判が行われている。

　この事象をうけて、我々は以下の声明を発出する。

【声明】

1. ベネズエラ・ボリバル共和国は長きにわたり、独裁者ニコラス・マドゥロにより統治されてきた。欧米や日本はマドゥロを正当な大統領と認めていない。不当な選挙により大統領の地位に就き続ける独裁者を排除するという点から、アメリカ合衆国の行動は評価できる。

2. Bears Musicは、米国指導者ドナルド・ジョン・トランプおよび米国政府の主張（マドゥロが罪人であるなど）が完全に事実となるまで、米国の攻撃が正当なものであるかについての評価はしない。

3. Bears Musicは、米国における独裁者夫妻の裁判が、客観的事実をもとに進行されることを望む。

4. 米・ベネズエラ両国においては、外交努力によって本事案を解決させることが第一であり、Bears Musicとしてはこれを求める。ただし、米国指導者とデルシー・ロドリゲスベネズエラ暫定大統領（前「副大統領」）の直接的な対話は必須ではない。

5. Bears Musicは、在ベネズエラ日本大使館に対し、ベネズエラに所在しているすべての日本国民の安全確保を要請する。

6. Bears Musicは、日本政府に対し、本事象の発生による日本国を取り巻く安全保障環境の推移を注視し、必要な措置を実行することを要請する。

[Statement] Regarding the Situation in Venezuela

On 3 January 2026, the United States Armed Forces attacked several locations within the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, detaining the self-proclaimed ‘President’ Nicolás Maduro and his wife, and extraditing them to the United States. Their trial is currently underway within the United States.

In light of these events, we issue the following statement.

[Statement]

1. The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has long been ruled by the dictator Nicolás Maduro. Neither Europe, the United States of America, nor Japan recognise Maduro as the legitimate president. From the perspective of removing a dictator who continues to hold the presidency through illegitimate elections, the actions of the US are commendable.

2. Bears Music will not assess the legitimacy of the US attack until the claims made by US leader Donald John Trump and the US government (such as Maduro being a criminal) are fully substantiated by facts.

3. Bears Music hopes that the trial of the dictator and his wife in the US will proceed based on objective facts.

4. For both the US and Venezuela, resolving this matter through diplomatic efforts is paramount, and Bears Music calls for this. However, direct dialogue between the US leader and Venezuela's Interim President Delcy Rodríguez (formerly the ‘Vice President’) is not essential.

5. Bears Music requests the Embassy of Japan in Venezuela to ensure the safety of all Japanese nationals present in Venezuela.

6. Bears Music requests the Japanese government to closely monitor the evolution of Japan's security environment arising from this incident and to implement necessary measures.
