岸田文雄内閣総辞職 石破茂内閣組閣／Resignation of Fumio Kishida Cabinet & Formation of Shigeru Ishiba Cabinet

　こんにちは。本日午前、臨時閣議において岸田文雄内閣が総辞職しました。岸田前総理におかれましては菅義偉元総理から引き継がれた新型コロナウイルス対策や、ロシア連邦によるウクライナ侵略に対するあらゆる措置・支援など非常に多くの政策を行い、国際社会の安定化、国民の生活に大きく貢献されました。閣僚の方々にもこの3年で前総理のもと、迅速かつ丁寧に日本の改革を進めていただきました。岸田前総理、ありがとうございました。これからも健康に留意しながら一議員として国のために活躍していただきたいと思います。

　そして午後、臨時国会本会議の首班指名選挙にて自民党総裁の石破茂氏が選出され、第102代内閣総理大臣となりました。その後皇居にて天皇陛下から任命を受け、夜に石破内閣組閣となる見通しです。今後の日程としては、所信表明演説、代表質問の後に衆議院解散（9日に予定）、総選挙（10月15日告示、27日投開票予定）です。閣僚は以下の通りです。

Good afternoon. This morning, the Cabinet of Prime Minister Fumio Kishida resigned at a special cabinet meeting. Former Prime Minister Kishida made a great contribution to the stabilization of the international community and the lives of the people of Japan by implementing a great many policies, including measures against the new type of coronavirus, which he took over from former Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga, and all measures and support against the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation. The Cabinet members have also been able to reform Japan swiftly and carefully under the former Prime Minister over the past three years. Thank you, former Prime Minister Kishida. We hope that you will continue to play an active role for the nation as a member of the Diet while taking care of your health.

In the afternoon, Mr. Shigeru Ishiba, President of the Liberal Democratic Party, was elected as the 102nd Prime Minister of Japan in the nomination election for the leader of the extraordinary Diet session. He is expected to receive his appointment from His Majesty the Emperor at the Imperial Palace and form the Ishiba Cabinet in the evening. After the policy speech and representative questions, the House of Representatives will be dissolved (scheduled for October 9), and a general election will be held (scheduled for public announcement on October 15, with the vote to be held on October 27).

Bears Music will not support or disapprove of this cabinet, but will remain neutral. The policies that are important to us are the reconstruction of the Noto Peninsula, the abduction issue, diplomacy, defense, economic security, and the promotion and protection of culture and the arts. We will keep a close watch on these issues.
