経営規模縮小のご案内

　解氷の候、皆様におかれましてはますますご健勝のこととお慶び申し上げます。日頃より当事務所へのご理解、ご協力を賜り誠にありがとうございます。

　さて、昨年10月にBears Music Sound Create Associatesと名称を変更し、関係2組織を設立し、さらにそれら2つを包括する事務所を設定したBears Musicですが、すでにお伝えしております通り、経営規模の縮小をいたします。これは事業に消極的になるということではございません。事業を続けていくための策であります。また、事業進行の円滑化を図るため、既存部署を統合、新部署を設置いたします。詳細は下記の通りです。この度の判断へのご理解を賜りますよう、お願いいたします。

閉鎖事業：販売業

閉鎖理由：高質な事業を継続するため

閉鎖部署：該当なし（財務局が販売業を管轄していたため）

閉鎖日：令和6年3月31日（日）

②部署に関して

統合部署：情報局・広報局（Bears Music Sound Create Associates）

新部署名：情報・広報局

新設部署：法務部（Bears Music Composition）

適用日：令和6年3月16日（土）

Notice of Management Downsizing

In this thawing season, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our best wishes to all of you for your continued good health. Thank you very much for your continued understanding and cooperation with our office.

As we have already informed you, Bears Music, which changed its name to Bears Music Sound Create Associates last October, established two related organizations, and set up an office to encompass these two, will be reducing the scale of its operations. This does not mean that we are becoming passive in our business. This is a measure to continue our business. In addition, in order to facilitate the progress of our business, we will integrate existing departments and establish new departments. Details are as follows. We would appreciate your understanding of this decision.

The details are as follows:

(1) Regarding the reduction of the scale of operations

Closed business: Sales business

Reason for closure: To continue high quality business

Department to be closed: Not applicable (because the Finance Bureau had jurisdiction over the sales business)

Date of closure: March 31, 2024 (Sunday)

(2) Regarding the department

Department to be merged: Information Bureau and Public Relations Bureau (Bears Music Sound Create Associates)

New department: Information and Public Relations Bureau

Newly established department: Legal Department (Bears Music Composition)

Effective date: March 16, 2024 (Saturday)
