故安倍晋三元内閣総理大臣の国葬儀に対する当組織の立場

　こんにちは。以前、閣議決定において、7月8日に銃撃により逝去された安倍晋三元内閣総理大臣の国葬儀が9月27日に執り行われることになりました。世間では国葬の是非が議論になっていますが、ここで、Bears Musicの立場を明確にしたいと思います。

　我々Bears Musicは、故安倍元総理の国葬儀は執り行われるべきだと考えます。根拠は以下の通りです。

• 憲政史上最長となる3188日間にわたり内閣総理大臣として日本をリードされたこと

• 持病を抱えながらも2度総理に登板され、国民のために働かれたこと

• 日本の将来を憂い、国が良い方向へ向かうよう考え、努力されてきたこと

• 「自由で開かれたインド太平洋」を提唱し、各国に働きかけこれを世界共通の言葉としたうえで、世界がこの状態を目指す動きになってきたこと

• オリンピック・パラリンピック東京2020大会を招致し、その成功に尽力されたこと

• 世界を俯瞰した外交を行い、各国との関係改善に取り組まれると同時に国防に関しても集団的自衛権をはじめ、さまざまな整備をしてこられたこと

• 朝鮮民主主義人民共和国、大韓民国や中華人民共和国に対し、毅然とした態度で対応されてきたこと

• 中華民国との関係を深化させ、日華友好を確立させたこと

• 官房長官時代から通じて、拉致問題に全力で取り組まれてきたこと

• 東日本大震災からの復興を第一に掲げ、野党時代から逝去に至るまで尽力されてきたこと

• 逝去日から現在まで、米国や中華民国をはじめとする世界各国の元首・首脳・国民から弔意が示されていること

　なお、国葬儀の法的根拠はというと、それは「閣議決定」です。故吉田茂元総理の国葬儀とは法的状況が異なります。岸田内閣は、このことをしっかり国民にわかるよう説明すべきです。

　また、国葬儀に反対する人の主張は「弔意の強要」ですが、そのようなことは一切していません。しかしながら、平和と安定を願い総理を長く務められた安倍元総理に対し弔意すら示すことのできない人間は日本国民としてどうかと思います。ましてや、国葬儀当日にデモ活動をするなどもってのほかです。人間としてあるまじき行為ですので、是非ともやめていただきたいと思います。当日は多くの弔問者が来日します。ジョージア大使が言われているように、国民が一つとなって外国の弔意を受け入れるべきです。国葬儀当日は、静かに安倍元総理を弔うようお願い申し上げます。

Hello. The Cabinet has previously decided that the state funeral for former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who passed away by gunshot on July 8, will be held on September 27. While the public is debating the merits of a state funeral, we at Bears Music would like to make our position clear.

　We at Bears Music believe that the state funeral of the late former Prime Minister Abe should be held. Our rationale is as follows.

• He led Japan as Prime Minister for 3,188 days, the longest period in the history of constitutional government.

• He served the people of Japan for two terms as prime minister despite his chronic illness.

• He has worked hard for the betterment of the country and has been concerned about the future of Japan.

• He has advocated a "free and open Indo-Pacific" and encouraged other countries to adopt it as a universal phrase, and the world has begun to move toward this state of affairs.

• His efforts to bid for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games and to ensure their success.

• I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the President of Japan for his efforts to improve relations with various countries through diplomacy from a global perspective, as well as for his various measures taken for national defense, including the right to collective self-defense.

• The Republic of Korea, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the Republic of Korea (ROK), and the People's Republic of China (PRC) have taken a resolute attitude toward these countries.

• He has deepened relations with the Republic of China (ROC) and established friendship between Japan and ROC.

• He has made every possible effort to address the abduction issue since his time as Chief Cabinet Secretary.

• He was a strong advocate for the recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake, and worked hard from the time when he was a member of the opposition party to the time of his passing away.

• That from the day of his death to the present, the heads of state, leaders, and citizens of countries around the world, including the United States and the Republic of China, have expressed their condolences to him.

The legal basis for the national funeral rites is a "Cabinet decision". The legal situation is different from that of the state funeral of the late former Prime Minister Shigeru Yoshida. The Kishida Cabinet should explain this to the public.

Also, those who oppose the state funeral ceremony claim that it is "forcing condolences," but we are not doing anything of the sort. However, I think it is unbecoming of a Japanese citizen to be unable to express even condolences to former Prime Minister Abe, who served for so long as prime minister in the hope of peace and stability. And it would be unbecoming of a human being to hold a demonstration on the day of a national funeral. It is an unbecoming act of a human being, and I urge you to stop it. Many mourners will be coming to Japan on the day of the funeral. As the Georgian Ambassador has said, the people of Japan should unite as one and accept the condolences of foreign countries. On the day of the state funeral, we ask that you mourn former Prime Minister Abe quietly.
