ロシア連邦のウクライナ侵略に係る対個人声明及び制裁

（森喜朗 元日本国内閣総理大臣）

ロシア連邦のウクライナ侵略が開始されてから現在までに、ロシア連邦を擁護する発言や事実に基づかない発言、ウクライナ及びウォロディミル・ゼレンスキー大統領を非難する発言が確認された1名につきまして、以下の声明を発出します。

【声明】

1.       Bears Musicは、ロシア連邦のウクライナ侵略開始から現在に至るまで、ロシア連邦を擁護する発言、事実に基づかない発言、ウクライナ及びウォロディミル・ゼレンスキー大統領を中傷する発言をした森喜朗元日本国内閣総理大臣（元自由民主党所属）を、強く非難する。

2.       Bears Musicは、当事者1名及び令和4年内に制裁を科した4名を除く全人類に、この5名に対し激しく抗議、非難することを求める。

　また、森喜朗元日本国内閣総理大臣に対し、以下の制裁を科すことを決定しました。

【制裁】

1.       Bears Musicは、森喜朗元日本国内閣総理大臣からのすべての要求を拒否し、楽譜の提供を一切行わない。

2.       Bears Musicは、森喜朗元日本国内閣総理大臣について、今後敬称を伴わずに記す。

附則

この制裁は即日施行する。

From the start of the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation to the present, the following statements have been issued regarding a person who have been confirmed to have made statements in support of the Russian Federation, statements that are not based on facts, and statements that condemn Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelensky. Take out.

【Statement】

1.       Bears Music blames Yoshiro Mori, the former Prime Minister of Japan (former member of the Liberal Democratic Party), who has made statements in support of the Russian Federation, unfounded statements, and degrading Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelensky from the beginning of the Russian Federation's invasion of Ukraine to the present.

2.       Bears Music calls upon all the parties except one and the four who were sanctioned within 2022 to vigorously protest and condemn these five.

In addition, we have decided to impose the following sanctions on former Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori.

【Sanctions】

1.       Bears Music rejects all requests from former Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori and does not provide any sheet music.

2.       Bears Music write about former Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori without honorific titles.

Supplementary provisions

This sanction will come into effect on the same day.
