ロシア連邦のウクライナ侵略に係るアメリカ合衆国への制裁

　日本時間本日3月4日、アメリカ合衆国はウクライナへのすべての支援を一時停止すると発表しました。米国はこれを、米宇首脳会談でのウォロディミル・オレクサンドロヴィチ・ゼレンスキー宇大統領の態度への報復としていますが、ゼレンスキー大統領は自国の主張を明確に伝えたまでであり、態度が好ましくなかったのはむしろドナルド・ジョン・トランプ米大統領およびジェイムズ・デイヴィッド・ヴァンス米副大統領であります。これを受けて、Bears Musicは以下の制裁を科すことを決定しました。

【制裁】

1. Bears Musicは、アメリカ合衆国政府からのすべての要求を拒否し、楽譜の提供を一切行わない。アメリカ合衆国民に対しても同様とする。

2. Bears Musicは、アメリカ合衆国のドナルド・ジョン・トランプ大統領およびジェイムズ・デイヴィッド・ヴァンス副大統領、マルコ・ルビオ国務長官について、今後敬称を伴わずに記す。

3. Bears Musicは、今後アメリカ合衆国の国旗を使用しない。

4. Bears Musicは、アメリカ合衆国のメディアが発する情報について、その内容を十分吟味したうえで利用する。また、事実に反するものやウクライナを侮辱するようなもの、ロシア連邦を擁護しているとみられるものが非常に多い場合は、当該メディアや国家機関の発信情報を遮断する。

附則

この制裁は即日施行する。

Sanctions against the United States of America for the Invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation

Today, March 4, Japan time, the United States of America announced that it would suspend all aid to Ukraine. The U.S. is claiming that this is in retaliation for the attitude of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy at the U.S.-Ukraine summit, but President Zelenskyy clearly stated his country's position, and it is U.S. President Donald John Trump and U.S. Vice President James David Vance whose attitudes were less than favorable. In response, Bears Music has decided to impose the following sanctions.

[Sanctions]

1. Bears Music shall deny all requests from the United States Government and shall not provide any sheet music. The same shall apply to the people of the United States.

2. Bears Music will henceforth refer to President Donald John Trump, Vice President James David Vance, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio of the United States without honorific titles.

3. Bears Music will no longer use the flag of the United States of America.

4. Bears Music will only use information from the U.S. media after carefully reviewing its content. In case of a large number of information that is untrue, insulting to Ukraine, or seen to be in favor of the Russian Federation, we will block the information from the said media or state institutions.

Supplementary Provisions

These sanctions shall take effect immediately.
