　本年10月7日に勃発した、ハマスを含むイスラム系パレスチナテロ勢力によるイスラエル攻撃がいまだに終息の兆しを見せていません。これを受けて、Bears Musicは以下の制裁を当該テロ勢力等に課すことを決定いたしました。

【制裁】

1. Bears Musicは、ハマス等イスラム系パレスチナテロ勢力に対し、いかなる提供も行わず、依頼を拒否する。

2. Bears Musicは、ハマス等イスラム系パレスチナテロ勢力を支持する個人及び団体、国家に対し、いかなる提供も行わず、依頼を拒否する。

3. Bears Musicは、ハマス等イスラム系パレスチナテロ勢力とイスラエルの関係について中立の立場をとる個人及び団体、国家に対し、我々から主体的に提供を行わない。

附則

この制裁は即日執行する。

The attacks on Israel by Islamic Palestinian terrorist groups, including Hamas, that erupted on October 7, 2023, show no signs of abating. In response, Bears Music has decided to impose the following sanctions against these terrorist groups etc.

[Sanctions]

1. Bears Music will not make any offer or refuse any request to Hamas or other Islamic Palestinian terrorist groups.

2. Bears Music will not make any offer to, and will refuse any request from, individuals, organizations, or nations that support Hamas or other Islamic Palestinian terrorist forces.

3. Bears Music does not proactively provide information to individuals, organizations, or nations that take a neutral position on Israeli relations with Hamas or other Islamic Palestinian terrorist organizations.

Supplementary Provisions

These sanctions are effective immediately.
