【声明】事実に基づかないメディア報道について／[Statement] About Media Reports That Are Not Based on Facts

　今般、事実に基づかないメディア報道が相次いでいます。松本人志さんや中居正広さんはこのような週刊誌報道によって休業、引退を余儀なくされました。このような状況に対し、以下の声明を発出します。

1. 事実に基づかず憶測が混在している報道は、報道された人間の人生を大きく変えるものであり、許されることではない。Bears Music Sound Create Associatesはこれを断固非難する。

2. 事実と異なっていると理解していながらも事実と異なる報道をしていると思われるメディアも散見される（「旧ジャニーズ事務所・現STARTO ENTERTAINMENT」という表記など。当然のことながら、SE社はジャニーズ事務所を引き継ぐ企業ではなく、また、ジャニーズ事務所は現在SMILE-UP.と名称変更をしている）。これらについても、到底許容できるものではなく、Bears Music Sound Create Associatesは強く非難する。

3. 今後Bears Music Sound Create Associatesは、以上のようなケースを確認し次第、各番組およびメディアに非難の申し入れを行う。監視対象は全メディアである。テレビ番組においては、アナウンサーや司会の発言のみならず、コメンテーターの発言も対象とする。また、これは芸能界に関する内容に限らない。あらゆる業界の報道を対象とする。

4. もし改善の傾向が見られなかった場合、当該メディアに対し制裁を科す可能性がある。

Recently, there has been a series of media reports that are not based on facts. Mr. Hitoshi Matsumoto and Mr. Masahiro Nakai have been forced to take a leave of absence and retire due to these weekly media reports. In response to this situation, we issue the following statement.

[ Statement ]

1. Reports that are not based on facts and are mixed with speculation are unacceptable and will drastically change the lives of the people being reported on. Bears Music Sound Create Associates condemns this unequivocally.

2. There are some media outlets that seem to be reporting factually incorrect information even though they understand that it is not true (e.g., the notation “former Johnny & Associates, now STARTO ENTERTAINMENT,” etc. Of course, S.E. is not the company that took over Johnny & Associates, and Johnny & Associates has now changed its name to SMILE-UP. ). These, too, are unacceptable and Bears Music Sound Create Associates strongly condemns them.

3. Bears Music Sound Create Associates will issue a condemnation letter to each program and media outlet as soon as it identifies any of the above cases. All media outlets will be monitored. In the case of television programs, this will include not only the announcer's or host's comments, but also those of the commentator. This is also not limited to content related to the entertainment industry. It is intended for coverage of all industries.

4. If there is no improvement, the media concerned may be sanctioned.
