【声明】 ロシア連邦のウクライナ侵略開始より3年／[Statement] Three Years Since the Beginning of the Russian Federation's Aggression of Ukraine

　ロシア連邦の独裁者であり戦争犯罪者であるウラジーミル・ウラジーミロヴィチ・プーチンが2022年2月24日にロシア連邦軍に対しウクライナの侵略を命じてから、本日で3年が経過しました。ウクライナではこれまでに多くの尊い命が極めて残酷な形で奪われてきました。そして今なお、その状況が続いています。ロシアの行為は残忍極まりない卑劣な蛮行であり、到底許すことはできません。これまで3年間にわたり常々最も強い言葉で非難し、制裁を科してきましたが、我々だけの力ではウクライナを勝利に導くことができません。改めて全人類がロシアと対峙し、強い姿勢を示していかなければなりません。そして、ウクライナに対し最大の支援をせねばなりません。ウクライナの勝利は自由民主主義の勝利です。ロシアが勝利することは社会帝国主義の勝利を意味し、これは絶対にあってはなりません。

　侵略開始後、ウォロディミル・オレクサンドロヴィチ・ゼレンスキー大統領率いるウクライナ政府は、北方領土は日本国の領土であると何度も強調し、ロシアに対し、我々とともに非難の声を上げてくれています。ウクライナは、自国の領土がこのようになってしまっている状況においても、北方領土における日本の所有権を主張し続けてくれています。このことについて、Bears Musicはウクライナ政府に対し、深い感謝の意を表します。

　ウクライナの領土はウクライナの領土です。クリミア半島もドネツク州もルハンスク州もウクライナの領土です。決してロシアの領土ではありません。ウクライナの領土と国民を守り抜くというゼレンスキー大統領の固い意志の下、ウクライナ国民は必死に生きぬき、戦っています。我々には一丸となってウクライナをサポートし、勝利をもたらすという使命、義務があります。

　現在、アメリカ合衆国の介入のもと、停戦に向けた交渉が行われています。マルコ・ルビオ国務長官が発言したとおり、この交渉はウクライナを除外してはできません。被侵略国であるウクライナが交渉に入ることがなにより重要です。また、ウクライナは、いかなる停戦においてもロシアが利する条件は絶対に受け入れてはなりませんし、米国はそのような条件をよしとしてはなりません。そのような条件を受諾することはすなわち、ロシアや社会帝国主義陣営に成功体験を与えるということです。停戦および終戦は、ウクライナに有利な形で行われることを強く望みます。

　Bears Musicは改めて、世界各国に、ロシアやそれに協力する国々へのさらなる制裁と、ウクライナへの最大の支援を要求します。Слава Україні!!!

Three years have passed today since Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the dictator and war criminal of the Russian Federation, ordered his troops to invade Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Many precious lives have been lost in Ukraine so far in a very cruel way. And the situation still continues. Russia's actions are brutal, despicable, barbaric, and unforgivable. We have always condemned in the strongest terms and imposed sanctions over the past three years, but we alone cannot lead Ukraine to victory. Once again, all of humanity must confront Russia and show our strong stance. And we must provide Ukraine with the greatest possible support. A victory for Ukraine is a victory for liberal democracy. A Russian victory would mean the victory of social imperialism, and this must not happen.

After starting of the invasion, the Ukrainian government led by President Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy stood by our side, stressing repeatedly that the Northern Territories are the territory of the Japanese nation. Ukraine continues to insist on Japan's rights and interests in the Northern Territories even in the face of this situation in its own territory. For this, Bears Music expresses its deepest gratitude to the Ukrainian government.

The territory of Ukraine is the territory of Ukraine. The Crimean Peninsula, Donetsk Oblast, and Luhansk Oblast are Ukrainian territory. They are never the territory of Russia. Under the firm will of President Zelenskyy to protect the territory and people of Ukraine, the Ukrainian people are struggling to survive and fight. We have a mission and duty to support Ukraine and bring victory to Ukraine.

Negotiations for a ceasefire are currently underway under the intervention of the United States of America. As Secretary of State Marco Rubio has stated, these negotiations cannot exclude Ukraine. It is of the utmost importance that Ukraine, as an invaded country, be included in the negotiations. Ukraine must not accept, and the United States must not approve of, any terms that favor Russia in any ceasefire. Acceptance of such terms would be a success story for Russia and the social imperialism. We strongly hope that the ceasefire and the end of the war will be in Ukraine's favor.

Bears Music again calls on the nations of the world to further sanction Russia and its allies, and to provide Ukraine with the greatest possible support. Слава Україні!!!
