【声明】パレスチナ武装勢力によるイスラエル攻撃をうけて

　2023年10月7日、ハマスを含むイスラム系パレスチナ武装勢力がガザ地区よりイスラエルに攻撃を始めました。これに対しイスラエルのベンジャミン・ネタニヤフ首相は"We are at war"と表現し、ガザ地区に空爆をはじめとする報復を開始しました。これをうけ、以下の声明を発出します。

【声明】

1. いかなる形態のテロも断じて認められない。Bears Musicは、パレスチナ武装勢力によるイスラエルへの武力行使を最も強い言葉で非難する。

2. Bears Musicは、パレスチナ武装勢力によるイスラエル国民及び滞在者の誘拐を強く非難する。

3. Bears Musicは、イスラエル国内でのパレスチナ武装勢力による強姦、虐待等人権を蹂躙する行為を強く非難する。

4. パレスチナ武装勢力の行為は自衛及び原状復帰の域を大きく逸脱している。Bears Musicは、マフムード・アッバース パレスチナ大統領に対し、"We have the right to defend ourselves against Israel and settler terrorism"との声明を撤回し、自国の武装勢力を制御、解体するよう強く求める。

5. Bears Musicは、パレスチナ武装勢力の援助をしているイランに対し、援助を即時中止するよう強く求める。

6. Bears Musicは、2国間において最も中立な条件下での停戦を強く求める。

7. Bears Musicは、パレスチナ武装勢力が本日より2日以内にテロ等を止めず、イスラエルから撤退しない場合、当該勢力に対し制裁を課す。

On October 7, 2023, Islamic Palestinian militants, including Hamas, began attacking Israel from the Gaza Strip. In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, "We are at war," and began retaliating by bombing the Gaza Strip. In response, we issue the following statement.

[Statement]

1. Terrorism in any form is categorically unacceptable. Bears Music condemns in the strongest terms the use of force by the Palestinian armed forces against Israel.

2. Bears Music strongly condemns the kidnapping of Israeli citizens and residents by Palestinian armed forces.

3. Bears Music strongly condemns the rape, abuse, and other violations of human rights by Palestinian armed forces in Israel.

4. The actions of the Palestinian armed forces are far beyond the realm of self-defense and restoration of original conditions. Bears Music urges Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to retract his statement "We have the right to defend ourselves against Israel and settler terrorism" and to control and dismantle the armed forces in his country.

5. Bears Music urges Iran, which is aiding Palestinian militants, to immediately cease its aid.

6. Bears Music urges a ceasefire under the most neutral conditions between the two countries.

7. Bears Music will impose sanctions on Palestinian armed groups if they do not cease their terror and withdraw from Israel within two days from today.
