【声明】令和5年10月2日 ジャニーズ事務所の会見を受けて

　令和5年10月2日、ジャニーズ事務所の東山紀之社長、ジャニーズアイランドの井ノ原快彦社長、他弁護士2名が出席し、ジャニー喜多川による性加害に関する会見が行われました。この会見を受け、Bears Musicとして以下の声明を発出します。

【声明】

1. Bears Musicは、東山紀之社長がジャニー喜多川の性加害を改めて謝罪したことを評価する。

2. Bears Musicは、東山紀之社長及び藤島ジュリー景子代表取締役が喜多川による性被害者と面会し、直接謝罪し情報を共有したことを評価する。

3. Bears Musicは、被害者への保証・救済が11月より開始されることを理解する。また、その内容について今後検討し、順次公開する方針を理解する。

4. Bears Musicは、ジャニーズ事務所が社名をSMILE-UP.と変更することを評価する。

5. Bears Musicは、当該事務所が所属タレントの意思を十分に尊重するよう求める。

6. Bears Musicは、当該事務所がタレント育成事業を永久に放棄し、被害者への補償業務のみを担い、終了次第廃業するとの決定を評価する。

7. Bears Musicは、当該事務所とは別にエージェント会社を設立し、社長に東山紀之氏、副社長に井ノ原快彦氏が就任することを評価する。また、タレントを原則独立とし、タレントの自由度を高める体制を備えて設立することを評価する。

8. Bears Musicは、これまで喜多川の性加害を黙認してきたすべてのメディアに反省を求める。また、今回の会見で身勝手で不規則な発言を行った記者及びジャーナリストを強く非難する。

9. Bears Musicは引き続き、当該事務所所属タレント・グループの楽曲を用い、編曲を行う可能性がある。また、彼らが独立した後も彼らの楽曲を用いる可能性がある。特に、今後の嵐の動向にかかわらず、"ARASHI MEDLEY II"を年末に向け制作する。

On October 2, 2023, a press conference regarding sexual assault by Johnny Kitagawa was held, attended by Noriyuki Higashiyama, president of Johnny & Associates, Yoshihiko Inohara, president of Johnny's Island, and two attorneys. In response to this press conference, Bears Music is issuing the following statement.

1. Bears Music appreciates President Noriyuki Higashiyama's renewed apology for Johnny Kitagawa's sexual assault.

2. Bears Music appreciates that President Noriyuki Higashiyama and Representative Director Keiko Julie Fujishima met with victims of Johnny Kitagawa's sexual assault, apologized in person, and shared information.

3. Bears Music understands that the guarantee and relief for victims will begin in November. Bears Music also understands that the details of the assurances and relief will be reviewed and disclosed in due course.

4. Bears Music appreciates that Johnny & Associates will change its name to SMILE-UP.

5. Bears Music requests that the agency fully respect the wishes of its talent.

6. Bears Music appreciates the decision of the agency to permanently abandon the talent development business, to take on only the task of compensating victims, and to go out of business as soon as it is finished.

7. Bears Music appreciates the decision to establish an agent company separate from the agency, with Noriyuki Higashiyama as president and Yoshihiko Inohara as vice president. Bears Music also appreciates that the talent will be independent in principle, and that the company will be established with a system that will allow the talent more freedom.

8. Bears Music calls on all media outlets that have so far tolerated Kitagawa's sexual assault to reflect on their actions. Bears Music also strongly condemns the reporters and journalists who made selfish and erratic statements at this press conference.

9. Bears Music may continue to use and arrange the songs of the talents and groups belonging to the said firm. It is also possible that Bears Music will continue to use their music even after they become independent. In particular, regardless of ARASHI's future moves, "ARASHI MEDLEY II" will be produced toward the end of the year.
