【声明】令和5年9月7日 ジャニーズ事務所の会見を受けて

　令和5年9月7日、ジャニーズ事務所の藤島ジュリー景子代表取締役（前社長）、東山紀之社長（少年隊）、ジャニーズアイランドの井ノ原快彦社長（元V6）が会見を開きました。この会見を受けてBears Musicとしての声明を発出します。

【声明】

1. Bears Musicは、ジャニーズ事務所創業者ジャニー喜多川による所属タレントへの性加害が過去に行われていた事実を認め、謝罪したことを評価する。喜多川が行ってきたことは、東山社長の言うように「鬼畜の所業」であり、絶対に許されないことである。

2. Bears Musicは、喜多川による性加害に対するこれまでの当該事務所の姿勢を厳しく非難する。

3. Bears Musicは、喜多川による性加害に対するこれまでの報道機関の姿勢を厳しく非難する。

4. Bears Musicは、藤島ジュリー景子前社長が引責辞任し、少年隊の東山紀之氏が社長に就任したことを評価する。これは当該事務所が新体制のもと再出発するという強い姿勢の表れであると捉えられる。

5. Bears Musicは、当該事務所による性被害者への早期救済を求める。

6. Bears Musicは、当該事務所の社名変更を勧告する。しかしながら、東山社長の現在の考えも十分に理解できるため、強く求めることはしない。

7. Bears Musicは、当該事務所所属タレントの意思を尊重し、彼らの活動を応援していくために、今後も彼らの楽曲を編曲し、広報に努める。

On September 7, 2023, Keiko Fujishima Julie, former president of the Johnny & Associates, Noriyuki Higashiyama, president of JA (a member of Shonen-tai), and Yoshihiko Inohara, president of Johnny's Island (a former member of V6), held a press conference. In response to this press conference, we issue the following statement as Bears Music.

1. Bears Music appreciates the fact that the founder of the Johnny & Associates Johnny Kitagawa, has acknowledged and apologized for the sexual assault of his talents in the past. What Kitagawa has done is, as President Higashiyama said, "the work of a devil" and absolutely unforgivable.

2. Bears Music condemns the office's attitude toward the sexual assault by Kitagawa to date.

3. Bears Music condemns media's attitude toward the sexual assault by Kitagawa to date.

4. Bears Music appreciates the resignation of former president Keiko Fujishima Julie and the appointment of Noriyuki Higashiyama of Shonen-tai as president. This is seen as a sign of the office's strong determination to make a fresh start under a new management structure.

5. Bears Music seeks early relief for the victims of sexual assault by the office.

6. Bears Music recommends that the firm change its name. However, we do not strongly demand it because we fully understand President Higashiyama's current thinking.

7. Bears Music respects the wishes of the talents belonging to the office and will continue to arrange their music and publicize their activities in order to support their activities.
