代表Twitterアカウント永久凍結に係る声明及びTwitter Japan株式会社に対する制裁

　4月10日午後22時50分頃、当組織代表取締役最高経営責任者大熊孝平（私）のTwitterアカウントが永久凍結されました。これに対し私は、Twitter Japan株式会社への異議申し立てを早急に行い先方の対処を待っておりましたが、1週間経過した現在でも応答がありません。

　私は日頃から、マーチング活動に関するツイートや、教育に関するツイート、国内外の諸問題に関するツイートを、客観的・科学的事実に基づいて行っています。また、主観的な所感を述べる際も閲覧者・関係者の心理に配慮しつつ文章を構成しています。以上の事実を踏まえ、以下の声明を発出します。

【声明】

1. Bears Music代表のような「Twitterルールに違反する投稿をしていないアカウント」を凍結することは、言論の自由を封殺することであり、認められない。さらに、統一地方選挙期間中の凍結処理は、民主主義の根幹を揺るがす重大な出来事であり、日本国の企業としてあるまじき対応である。我々は、Twitter Japan株式会社の一連の対応に強い憤りを感じている。

2. Bears Musicは、Twitter Japan株式会社の対応を厳重に非難・抗議し、代表のアカウントを回復し、二度とこのような事態が発生しないよう、改善を強く求める。

また、Bears MusicはTwitter Japan株式会社に対し、以下の制裁を科すことを決定しました。

【制裁】

1. Bears Musicは、代表のアカウント凍結が解除されるまで、Twitter Japan株式会社からの一切の依頼を拒否する。

2. Bears Musicは、この状況が打開されない場合、Twitter Japan株式会社に対しさらなる制裁を科すことを考えている。

附則

この制裁は即日執行する。

Statement Regarding Permanent Freezing of Representative Twitter Account and Sanctions Against Twitter Japan, Inc.

On April 10, at approximately 10:50 p.m., the Twitter account of Kohei Okuma (myself), CEO and Representative Director of Bears Music, was permanently frozen. In response to this, I immediately filed a complaint with Twitter Japan Inc. and have been waiting for their response, but there has been no response even after one week.

I have been tweeting about marching activities, education, and various issues in Japan and abroad based on objective and scientific facts. In addition, when expressing my subjective impressions, I compose my sentences with consideration for the psychology of the viewers and other concerned parties. In light of the above facts, we issue the following statement.

[Statement]

1. Freezing "accounts that have not posted anything that violates Twitter rules," such as that of the Bears Music representative, is an attempt to stifle freedom of speech and is not acceptable. Furthermore, freezing accounts during the nationwide local elections is a serious event that shakes the very foundation of democracy, and is an unacceptable response from a Japanese company. We are very upset with the series of actions taken by Twitter Japan Inc.

2. Bears Music strongly condemns and protests Twitter Japan Inc.'s handling of the situation, and strongly demands that the representative's account be restored and that improvements be made to ensure that such a situation never occurs again.

Bears Music has also decided to impose the following sanctions against Twitter Japan Inc.

[Sanctions]

1. Bears Music will refuse any and all requests from Twitter Japan Inc. until the representative's account is unfrozen.

2. Bears Music intends to impose further sanctions against Twitter Japan Inc. if this situation is not resolved.

Supplementary Provisions

This sanction is effective immediately.
